The Sites are owned and operated by Lee Heiss Coaching Pte Ltd, a company based in Singapore (“Lee Heiss Coaching”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Ownership and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Sites is owned by or licensed to Lee Heiss Coaching.

This includes, without limitation:

Text, articles, written materials and downloadable resources.
Coaching and training materials.
Program structures, processes, frameworks and methodologies.
Graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings and podcasts.
Logos, names, taglines and design elements.
Website design, layout and organisation.
Presentations, worksheets, exercises, assessments and member materials.

All original content on the Sites is protected by copyright. Lee Heiss Coaching’s names, logos, program names and other brand identifiers are proprietary to Lee Heiss Coaching and may not be used without prior written permission.

Original content published by Lee Heiss Coaching through its official social-media accounts is also owned by or licensed to Lee Heiss Coaching and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Any related teaching frameworks, processes, exercises, language, written materials, recordings and program content developed by Helen Lee, Founder & Principal Coach of Lee Heiss Coaching, or by Lee Heiss Coaching.

The use of the ™ symbol indicates that the relevant name or expression is being claimed and used as a trade mark. It does not mean that the mark is registered.

Nothing on the Sites transfers or grants ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. Permitted personal use

You may access, view, download or print publicly available Site content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you:

Do not alter the content.
Retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
Do not represent the content as your own.
Do not publish, reproduce or share the content publicly without the prior written permission of Lee Heiss Coaching. Where permission is granted, clearly attribute the content to Helen Lee, Founder & Principal Coach of Lee Heiss Coaching, and Lee Heiss Coaching, in the manner specified by us.

6. Coaching, training and client materials

Materials provided to clients, participants, trainees, members or accredited and licensed coaches are supplied solely for the use specified by Lee Heiss Coaching.

Purchasing, receiving or accessing a program, session, course, membership or resource does not give you the right to:

Teach, train or coach others using the material.
Reproduce or distribute the material.
Incorporate it into your own commercial offering.
Certify, authorise or represent another person as trained in our methodologies.
Represent yourself as a Lee Heiss-trained or authorised coach unless Lee Heiss Coaching has expressly granted that status.

Any permission to teach, reproduce, adapt, distribute, license or otherwise use these materials beyond the personal-use rights stated here must be expressly granted by Lee Heiss Coaching in writing.

7. Testimonials

Testimonials appearing on the Sites describe the personal experiences of individual clients or participants.

They are presented with permission and should not be copied, republished, altered or used elsewhere without the written consent of Lee Heiss Coaching and, where applicable, the person who provided the testimonial.

8. Results disclaimer

Testimonials, case studies and examples do not guarantee that every person will achieve the same or similar results.

Results vary according to individual circumstances, choices, participation, commitment and other factors. Lee Heiss Coaching does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, organisational, financial, relationship, health or other outcome.
